Since 1993, our clinic has strived to provide the highest quality of personalized rehabilitation service possible.
New Horizons Rehabilitation Services Inc. is a multi disciplinary, full service, private clinic who opened its doors to serve our wonderful community 25 years ago.
New Horizons Rehab physiotherapists June Williamson, Cory Birk, Erin Memering, Terri Wilson and Alexandra Brohman offer physiotherapy for both adults and children. Treatment is provided for orthopaedic injuries, such as back and neck injuries; sprains, strains, and fractures; motor vehicle accident injuries; concussions, brain injuries and strokes. Treatment is provided for sport injuries. We have also provided comprehensive treatment for brain injuries, from mild (concussion) to severe, for the past 25 years, with referrals from centres in London and Hamilton.
One of our newest services offered is physiotherapy for pelvic health with physiotherapist June Williamson. A range of conditions, including incontinence (urge and stress) and pelvic pain can be offered assistance. Cory Birk is also a certified athletic therapist and Erin Memering has special interest and skills in the treatment of children with developmental delays. The physiotherapists are also certified in the application of acupuncture. Terri Wilson has a special interest in Neurology, including treatment of strokes, concussions and other neurological conditions. She has taken extensive post graduate training in the most current, and well researched treatment guidelines for concussion.
We have welcomed a new physiotherapist, Alexandra Brohman, in December 2018, who has a special interest in the treatment of dizziness and vertigo. We are so pleased to watch our clinic grow and offer even more support to our community. Deanna Rose has joined Heather Ross as our newest occupational therapist, and comes to us with extensive paediatric experience. Deanna is a real asset to the children in our community, assisting with obstacles at school, as well as at home. She also assists clients injured in motor vehicle accidents, with return to work and home safety adaptations. Speech Therapist Cheryl Lindsay, with an office in Durham, offers speech language pathology for adults and children. Our rehab therapist, Tammy Morrell, provides exercise programs in clinic and home, and pool exercise programs.

We are open 8:00 A.M. to 5 P.M. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and 8:30 A.M. to 5 P.M. Wednesdays.
