The 2014 GM BluePlan merger has provided our clients with a strong blend of complementary experience and expertise in the areas of Infrastructure Master Plans, Asset Management, Environmental Assessments, Hydraulic and Hydrologic Modelling and the proven capability of Detailed Design and Construction Administration in all facets of Private and Municipal Infrastructure.
